How do I enquire about availability?
The easiest way to enquire is by WhatsApp. Send us your preferred arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any questions you may have, and we’ll confirm availability and provide the relevant booking information.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Preferred check-in is from approximately 14:00, with check-out by 10:00. Final arrival arrangements and access information will be confirmed with you before your stay.
Is secure parking available?
Yes. Parking is included for guests staying at Morclau. Guests are required to use the designated parking provided and comply with the Odeon Towers parking and access rules during their stay.
How many guests can the apartment accommodate?
Morclau is a two-bedroom apartment and is intended for a maximum of approximately 4–6 guests, depending on the booking arrangements. Please confirm the number of adults and children when sending your enquiry.
Are pets allowed at the apartment?
No. Pets are not permitted at the property. This is also in accordance with the current Odeon Body Corporate conduct rules, which prohibit animals, reptiles or birds from being kept in a section or on the common property.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. The questionnaire currently specifies a minimum stay of two nights. Minimum-stay requirements may differ during busy or peak periods, so please confirm your dates when enquiring.
What information should I include when contacting you?
To help us respond quickly, please include your preferred dates, number of guests, whether children are included, and any special questions or requirements. WhatsApp is the preferred enquiry method, although email contact is also available.
HOW CLOSE IS MORCLAU TO STRAND BEACH AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS?
Yes. Morclau is situated on Beach Road in Strand, within easy walking distance of the beachfront and close to restaurants, shops and other local attractions. Its location also provides convenient access to the wider Helderberg area and nearby Winelands destinations.
