Guidelines for a comfortable and considerate stay

Please follow these house and building rules throughout your stay. They help protect the apartment, shared facilities and the comfort of other residents and guests.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Keep noise to a minimum and follow the building rules at all times.

• The swimming pool is available to guests until 22:00.
• Follow the building and pool rules when using shared facilities.
• The braai area, outdoor seating, entertainment area and laundry are communal facilities.

• Keep the apartment keys and building access tag secure throughout your stay.
• Use the secure basement parking bay numbered 305. One parking bay is included with the stay.
• Additional guest parking has not been confirmed.

• Check out by 10:00. Late check-out is not available.
• Return the keys and access tag according to the arrangement made at key collection.
